At LaysDecor, each piece is handcrafted with care and packaged with the utmost attention to detail. We ensure every order is securely wrapped and beautifully presented before it leaves our hands.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
During busy holiday seasons or when multiple handcrafted orders are being fulfilled, processing may take slightly longer — but we always prioritize fast, careful shipping without compromising quality.
Custom or made-to-order designs may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and package size.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order’s progress.

Packaging
Every order is packaged with precision and care.
Your handmade piece will arrive in our signature black or white LaysDecor gift box with a red satin bow, ready for gifting or display.
Fragile rhinestone and velvet details are carefully protected using layered wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, LaysDecor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We are happy to assist by providing any necessary shipment details or documentation.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once corrected, however, additional postage fees may apply.
