Refund policy
We accept exchanges only within 7 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date).
No returns or refunds are offered, as each item is handcrafted with care and made to order.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it — unused, undamaged, and unaltered

In its original packaging, with all inserts, ribbons, and protective wrapping

Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to Request an Exchange

Include your order number, item name, and reason for the exchange.

If approved, we’ll send exchange instructions (and a prepaid label if applicable).

Ship the original item back by the provided date. Once received and inspected, your exchange will be processed.
Shipping Responsibility:

Exchanges due to preference or color choice: customer covers return shipping and any price difference.

Exchanges due to damage, defect, or shop error: LaysDecor covers return shipping and replacement costs.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away by email or text.
Include clear photos of:

The item (front, back, and close-up of the issue)

The packaging (inside and outside)

The shipping label
We’ll evaluate your case and provide an exchange or replacement.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges or returns for:

Gift cards
Because all products are handmade, slight variations in stone placement, ribbon width, or detailing are natural and part of the item’s unique artistry.
Packaging Requirements
To protect delicate rhinestones, soldered details, and velvet surfaces:

Always use the original packaging or equivalent protection.

Place the item’s gift box inside a sturdy outer carton with padding.

Include your order number inside the package.
Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging may be ineligible for exchange.
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
If your replacement is unavailable, you may choose a comparable item or a store credit.
